Keselowski Docked 10 Points

Team Penske's No. 2 Sprint Cup Series entry has been penalized with the loss of 10 championship driver and owner points after failing post-race inspection last weekend at Michigan International Speedway.

Crew chief Paul Wolfe has been fined $15,000. Driver Brad Keselowski and team owner Roger Penske were each docked 10 points.

Keselowski finished third in Sunday's Pure Michigan 400, behind Kyle Larson and rookie Chase Elliott. His No. 2 entry also was among 10 Sprint Cup teams issued written warnings for a variety of pre-qualifying and pre-race inspection violations at MIS. Michael McDowell and Josh Wise each lost 15 minutes of practice time.

In the Camping World Truck Series, driver Spencer Gallagher was fined $5,000 for approaching the racing surface during Saturday's Careers for Veterans 200 in Michigan. Gallagher was sidelined by an accident during the race and finished 25th among 31 trucks.

In the XFINITY Series, Owen Kelly's No. 18 Joe Gibbs Racing team was issued a written warning for twice failing pre-race inspection at Road America. He finished 17th among 40 drivers.
